Women Empowerment
Working girls and women are marginalized and have no access to basic education and skills enhancement due to which they are suffering day by day. They are facing, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and victims of rape cases, theft and robbery. They are unable to express their state as they do not have right to say, and also do not know where to approach for their rights. They also do not say anything because of their family repute etc. and in this way keep on bearing such circumstances. The dire need is to educate them and enable them to read and write so that they can raise their voice, train them on their human rights and the process through which they can proceed and enhance their skills to earn respectfully in the society. It will enable them to lead happy and prosperous lives.

School Health
We soon are going to start a new project "SCHOOL HEALTH "PROGRAM" for the school going children. Initially 05 High Schools will be selected for one year in different target areas. Our professional team will have the complete medical check up of the children and teachers of the high section. After the complete check up they will be referred for the clinical tests and hospital if needed. The whole medical record will be kept and regular follow ups will be done. The informatory and awareness sessions will be conducted at regular basis at the given times of the schools.At the end of the year a 4 days training workshop will be organized for the teachers, in which the basic health prevention tools and basic knowledge will be provided by the professionals to handle the minor cases of the children while the school timings.

Old Age Home
In today's world, "Time" is the most valuable commodity! Having time to be with the elder members of the family (in case of the joint families like Pakistan) when they require attention is very crucial.
In Pakistan it is an unwritten societal obligation on part of the offspring to look after their parents in their old age. As the size of family reduces, the probability of the parents being looked after by their offspring diminishes drastically. This paves the way for the evolution of old age homes.
Old age homes are the second best thing in today's world for senior citizens to lead a comfortable life,
KCF is going to start a new project for the homeless, sick, neglected & deserving senior citizens. In which an Old Age Home will be established, where all the facilities will be provided to the senior citizens.
KAINAT PATIENT CARE
At present our volunteers and staff members are providing services to the patients at their homes and hospitals. More than 2000 patients have been served by our professional staff and medical volunteers consists of Doctors, Staff Nurses, Physiotherapists, Attendants etc. And also some more are in Que.
